If customers are happy with their initial purchase then they are more likely to buy other products you market in the future. Word of mouth marketing will also ensue as happy customers tell their friends and family members. This benefits the marketer with more sales.

Another benefit of DRTV is that the products are more affordable than if they were sold in a retail store. This makes it more likely that customers will make a purchase when they see an infomercial because the price is within their means.
