A mortgage broker will need a surety bong and a errors and omissions insurance in case the person makes a mistake. I think this is great. It the person does happen to make a mistake they will have a least some insurance to help cover the mistake. I believe this would help a lot of people in the long run and I hope that the entire united states uses this rules.
