In the modern business scenario, college and career are synonymous. Gone are the days when people looked at colleges as the seats of education only. A lengthy thought process goes into the selection of a particular college and people always look at long-term career prospect when applying to colleges. During the internship and mentoring program phase, the pressure is relatively lesser and more emphasis is given on enabling the students to understand the job and what is expected of them in a given field of work when they start their professional career.
