We considered Manufacturing to be the most important part of an organization. Markets during those days considered most pricey product, the Best product. We also catered in the same manner. Brand image was not a concern for us. We manufactured only Door closers, Floor Springs and Pivots. Lack of resources in terms of Finance, Human resource etc set us back. We followed one strategy "High production" producing high quantities and also we dealt in to contracts with Leaders of that time to produce products for them.
