KazETU - a Multi disciplinary Research University
Kazakhstan Engineering-technological University (KazETU) of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan is located in beautiful area in a close vicinity to a botanical garden. The University is extended over an area of 1.5 hectares with plenty of parking rooms.
Designed in a minimalist style, its logo starting with the three triangle shape and its colours blue, white and red represents IUT letters. It expresses the engineering- technological orientation of the University.
Founded in 2001 the University provides access to the following studying programs: College, undergraduate study, Master's program, postgraduate study and Doctoral study.It is a multidisciplinary research university which offers a high-quality educational system to guarantee top level training in the fields of high technology, IT, software development, economics, processing and food industries agriculture etc.

KazETU - a University Well-equipped and Secured
Equipped with extended training and production facilities, KazETU offers access to scientific laboratories, a library, a hostel, a dining room a medical office and a modern gym. Courses are taught in the Kazakh and Russian languages, full-time and part-time.
Computer classes are freely available for all the students while the university ensures that the hardware and software programs are always updated to ensure the highest technical means. Also the Wi-Fi connection is free on the campus area.Each classroom in both educational buildings are equipped with top technical facilities such as high internet speed connection, projector with screen, air conditioning and enough sockets for students personal use.
The University is dotted with a surveillance system, burglar alarm, audio alerts and fire alarms to ensure safety for both students and teachers.
KazETU Graduate’s Opportunities
Students also have the opportunity to receive a state educational grant for a total period of four years.Annually the list of grants is approved by the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan.Chances of receiving a scholarship depend on the specialty of choice, more grants being accorded for technical specialties programmes.
