Kazakhstan Engineering-technological University (KazETU) of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan was founded in 2001. It is a multidisciplinary research university which offers a high-quality educational system to guarantee top level training in the fields of high technology, IT, software development, economics, processing and food industries agriculture etc. More than 200 top skilled teachers lead lectures and workshops in the departments of the university. Courses are taught in the Kazakh and Russian languages, full-time and part-time.

KazETU University and Its Modern Facilities
KazETU updates its material resources every year, a new school body being built at the beginning of 2012. It is designed with durable environmentally friendly materials.
Each classroom in both educational buildings are equipped with top technical facilities such as high internet speed connection, projector with screen, air conditioning and enough sockets for students personal use. Computer classes are freely available for all the students. While the University ensures that the hardware and software programs are always updated to ensure the highest technical means. Also the Wi-Fi connection is free on the campus area. The University is also equipped with surveillance system, burglar alarm, audio alerts and fire alarms.
An auditorium located on the first floor is equipped with new modern musical equipment. At the second floor is located the reception and two lecture halls. Cameras and speakers are provided for all classrooms and offices while comfortable restrooms are located at every floor. On the 3rd floor is the location of the administrative management personal, and the 4th, 5th and 6th floors is full of classrooms. Every classroom in the new building is connected to high speed internet. All classes are spacious enough to be comfortable. There are plans for a new conference hall at the 7th floor. An observatory installed on the roof will soon be ready to use.
In the second building is the gym where you can play football, volleyball and basketball. Reparations are made every year to keep the building full functionality. Buffet and dining room with affordable prices is big enough to accommodate a lot of students and teachers.
KazETU is located in beautiful area in a close vicinity to a botanical garden. Driving through campus is easy due to buses which circulate every 15 minutes helping students and teachers to reach their destination in time. Also the University is extended over an area of 1.5 hectares with plenty parking room.
