Most of these software show statistics and reports on relevant searches, misses and even websites that are visited more often than others. 3. Not responding to customer interaction.
Customers tend to lose their interest fast if their queries, questions or concerns are not answered. This is the reason why there are contact forms or FAQ pages. More often that not, people use these forms to clarify something up. And they need answers. Fast.
Responding to your customers swiftly is one way to prove that you exist and that you are interested in doing business with them. Most business do not succeed because they do not take interest on follow up or answering their customers. Do not assume that people are just waiting patiently for you. There is no stopping them from going to your competitors if you are not making yourself available for them.
