Dealers are holding back the junks in anticipation of a hike in the price in January.

This rise in price in the US domestic scrap has led the junk exporters’ hike their offers to the export markets. Now, this has dropped the volume of exports from the country as overseas buyers are looking elsewhere for scrap metals.
