If any company now wishes to list any form of e-cigarette or smokeless cigarette related goods on E bay UK and Ireland these will now be rejected the listing by E bay. When lodging a complaint against this conclusion an email is written as follows:

"Good afternoon!
After escalating your case to our technical department, we were informed that something is restricting your account that's why you are unable to list an item, for this you need to speak to our Trust and Safety Department. I tried calling you back today but I wasn't able to speak to someone. I will try to call you again but in case I wont be able to talk to you, please give us a call back so we can transfer you to our Trust and Safety department, if it will help- here is their number: 00-1-666-540-3229.

Hence now as soon as you phone the "Trust and Safety department " They're going to inform you that they have taken the decision not to list any E cigarettes products because of a request from the government. Thats right. The Government is using it's capability to control ...
... E bay to finish offering these items. There is no obvious law involved, no new legislation or any additional lawful instruction compelling E Bay not to offer the products merely a request from the government. and basically E Bay are complying.

So why is the powers that be so rattled? Some say it is because the nicotine barons are inanxiety mode and delivering their complete lobbying power on Ministers of parliament although the real explanation is most likely to be economics.
