So stop worrying, and start planning, cautiously go through your existing strategic plan, and try to begin to see the problem or difficulties with it, and once you find them, generate a new plan as to how to overcome them.
If your subconscious is happy with the new strategic plan and the preparation and not to mention the execution then you anxiety will be something of the past, and being more successful is going to be a likely outcome.
