5. Mustard seeds, coriander seeds, garlic and all spice for flavor and seasoning

Now your dietician or health advisor would best tell you which pickled onion would be best for your needs. The onions don’t lose their nutritional quotient, but it is safe only to have them in small amounts or else you could end up with more harm than good.

Pickled onions have vinegar which is acidic, and this can lead to stomach issues as well when consumed in large amounts. Hence, when onions for pickling are thought off, do so with due diligence and enjoy its tastes as well.
