So, the official marketing officer cannot spend as many hours promoting the business’s products/services and looking for potential customers; the business owner won’t have the time to work on opening a new branch because he’s too busy acting as HR head of the store; and the store manager is not giving his full attention to making the store feel welcoming to customers because she’s too busy working on the payroll.

By turning over the payroll and accounting duties to a more qualified CPA, for example, the store manager can turn her full attention to making sure the sales personnel are doing a good job at assisting and welcoming customers.
