The purpose of a post graduation program is to prepare students for their challenging roles as managers of the future. But, what are the duties expected out of a future manager? Well, the role of a manager in the present scenario is quite complicated to understand because of the heavy dose of multi tasking that is expected as a norm in most of the corporate sector set-ups. However, the most important task for a manager is to take responsible decisions that guarantee a holistic approach for the welfare of community and nature as the business develops.

Currently, the welfare projects include academic training of underprivileged children in different parts of Pune and other similar initiatives. As part of their association, students are involved in every stage including planning, proposing, convincing and executing. This brief association works well to give them a chance to practice their classroom learning in real time corporate scenario.
