If any company now tries to list any form of electronic cigarette or e-cigarette related goods on E bay UK and Ireland they will now be rejected the listing by E bay. When making a complaint against this result an email is sent as follows:

"Good afternoon!
After escalating your case to our technical department, we were informed that something is restricting your account that's why you are unable to list an item, for this you need to speak to our Trust and Safety Department. I tried calling you back today but I wasn't able to speak to someone. I will try to call you again but in case I wont be able to talk to you, please give us a call back so we can transfer you to our Trust and Safety department, if it will help- here is their number: 00-1-666-540-3229.

And so now if you communicate with the "Trust and Safety department " They're going to tell you that they have made the choice not to list any Efags products due to a request from the government. Yep. The govt is using it's power to control E bay to halt merchandising these ...
... products. There is no apparent law involved, no fresh legislation or some other lawful instruction forcing E Bay not to offer these products merely a urge from the government. and E Bay are doing it.

Now why is the government so rattled? Some people say it is simply because the smoke barons are infreak out mode and using their full lobbying power on MPs although the real legitimate reason is most likely to be money.
