With the internet which is considered to be a boon to us, using the internet is also taken as one of the major sources of information as well as shopping. Since 5 years now online shopping platforms could be counted on our fingers but today every other day we hear some other name of websites which offer online shopping, not only this but there are websites which offer difference in the pricing as well. Today, people are building their trust more towards digital shopping more than visiting a mall and buying. But there is a certain percentage of people who still prefer going to the shop and buying products, since they want to touch and feel the product. This is seen especially when people are willing to buy apparels, jewellery, etc. Since, the platforms are rising day by day we see a wide range of brands which are not seen in the markets but available online with some very good deals. We often see people try to explore the market physically and select the product as per their choice. Then visit an online store to see whether they get a better deal on it. This is often seen when consumers are searching for some good mobiles and tablet deals.


Drawn by the facilities offered by the Web and the diversity of products available on it, Indian citizens have emerged as the third biggest credit card users globally for online purchasing, next only to the Turkey and Ireland. It is not only famous for range of products and offers in shoes and bags to choose from, these platforms also offer various deals on products or services which can be consumed at the place where it is served. These coupons can be redeemed to avail some good restaurant deals. Coupons can be bought for restaurants discounts, club discounts, salons discounts, and popular attire store discounts, etc. The survey shows more than 85 per cent of Internet users in the world are purchasing goods or services online, with credit cards as the most used method of payment. With the number of users growing at such a pace, it shows a clear picture that online shopping has created a revolution in shopping.
