Exam information
All Oracle exams are either proctored or non-proctored:
 Proctored exams are those that are taken in the presence of a proctor. Candidates can find all exams, with the exception of Oracle Database OCM exams, being offered at Pearson VUE testing centers. There are also certain exams offered at Oracle University training locations.
 Non-proctored exams are online without a proctor present and currently there are three types of non-proctored exams available:
 Online exams
 Master assignments
 Free practice questions

There is no requirement for preregistration or an appointment for non-proctored exams. They are available on demand 24 hours.
Exam Registration Process
 With Pearson VUE
Candidates need to know the number and the title of the exam they are registering for and if there are any discounts, they must be applied during registration. Those who have an Oracles Testing ID or an OPN Company ID need to show it when registering for an exam.The exam fee is payable to Pearson VUE via credit card at the time of registration.
For all cancellations and rescheduling candidates must contact Pearson VUE. To cancel a test and not forfeit the fee candidates should cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled exam. Candidates who do not appear for a scheduled exam forfeit the full exam fee.
 At an Oracle Testing Center (OTC)
There are many Oracle University that offer exams in addition to training. To cancel or reschedule an exam at an OTC candidate need to give a seven or more days notice. Only rescheduling can be done one to six days before the scheduled exam. Candidates who do not appear for a scheduled exam forfeit the full exam fee.
Obtaining test results
Candidates will receive a notification via email when the exam results are available in CertView. Results are available within approximately 30 minutes after completing an exam.

Retake Policy
Candidates who were not successful at passing the exam must wait for 14 days before sitting for a retake. All online non-proctored exams can be retaken at any time.
