For humans packaging plays an important role for storing, transporting, preserve food, goods and other products. Before the invention of the plastic bag , human made a bag from the animal skins, large leaves, to keep their vegetable and food clean and fresh. If you want a bag that is easily destroyed then the manufacturer must mix biodegradable additives as EPI or DW2 with 1 or 2% when extruding.
Now the question is how these plastic bags are produced?
In the first step, to make the big plastic film roll, all the materials will be put into extruding machine. In this step, smooth appearance of the bag has to be under control. In the second Step, printing process for the custom plastic bag is done. Company logo, brand name and other information about the product will be printed on the bag. In the third step, cutting and sealing process is done. In this step, plastic rolls are cut into the different shapes and different handles into the cutting workshop. The handles may be T-shirt, patch handle, die cut, rigid, soft loop, etc.. In the next step, manual work is done which is not done automatically like to fix the valve.
