Best Mazda Vehicles For Low-income Drivers
You don't need to have an executive paying job in order to afford a Mazda vehicle. While most of the Mazda available on the Mazda dealership lot do offer exceptional services and specifications for a small amount of money, if you are on a fixed budget and are just looking for a car that can get you from point A to point B, there are some exceptional options available for you.
Mazda2
The Mazda2 gives you maximum performance for the smallest price tag possible. The vehicle comes in starting at just over $14,000. This is not only the least expensive offering by Mazda, but also one of the least expensive cars on the road all together. The Mazda2 gets 29 MPG in the city and 35 MPG on the highway with a manual transmission. The subcompact vehicle has room for up to five passengers, and still remains a very safe vehicle. Some of the active safety features of the Mazda2 include four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock brakes and brake assist, should you require the assistance to stop the vehicle while driving. There are also front airbags for the passenger and driver, side curtain airbags in the front and the rear of the vehicle, ...
... and headrest airbags for the front passengers.
Mazda3
The Mazda3 is a larger version of the Mazda2 and it provides some improved performance, style and features over the Mazda2. The Mazda3 comes with a sticker price of just over $16,000. While it is slightly more expensive than the Mazda2, it does not drastically increase the price of the vehicle all that much. The base Mazda3 provides 25 miles per gallon in the city and 33 miles per gallon on the highway, all with a rather impressive 148 horsepower engine. The interior of the vehicle offers more room than the smaller Mazda2, so if you have longer legs and just need the extra space, this vehicle is an excellent option for you. It also comes with advanced keyless entry and excellent safety improvements. While the Mazda3 has all of the same airbags and ABS as its smaller sibling, it also comes with electronic brakeforce distribution, Dynamic Stability Control and Traction Control System, to always give you the best control of the vehicle.
Mazda3 5-Door
If you like the look of a hatchback, the five-door Mazda3 gives you an excellent option and opportunity to have an incredible drive, all without spending too much money. At just over $18,000, this is more expensive than the other Mazda vehicles on the list, but with appropriate financing it can be owned by just about anyone, regardless of the income. The base vehicle is going to provide the best gas mileage though, as it receives 29 MPG in the city and 40 MPG on the highway. Additionally, the vehicle comes with many of the same safety features as the other Mazda3, although there are some other additions, including the Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Automatic Emergency Notification and Lane Departure Warning System.
