Remember, in planning your vacation, you could save your money or spend it in extremely wrong ways. The choice is in your hand. This article will show you what you shouldn't do if you don't want to waste your money. So, what should you do before you step your feet into Disney Orlando gate?
5 greatest ways NOT to save your money at Disney Orlando:
1. Buy a theme-park ticket for the day of your arrival or the day of your departure.
Don't ...
... buy the ticket before your arrival. Just buy at your arrival day, it surely going to be the worst wasting money and time you've ever done!
2. Don't buy theme park tickets in advance
Not saving time = Not saving money! Did you know that you can spend more money buying theme park tickets at the gate rather than booking it in advance? Also, don't buy it at the third party vendor online - which is can give you many discounts and complete packages?
3. Don't plan for merchandises' budget!
Cute and eye catching merchandises are displayed admirably there, so neither you nor your children can't resist them. The best way to spend a bunch of money is taking your kids looking around at merchandises' store and not planning each kid's budget for merchandises. You'll be surprised the amount of money that you've just spend only for merchandises.
Also, don't wait until the last day of your trip to buy your souvenirs. It can't give you and your kids much time to spend your money to buy many insignificant stuffs that you don't really need.
Some of the area factory outlet stores such as Orlando Premium Outlets sell Disney merchandise at significantly lower prices than you will find at stores within the Disney World theme parks. Instead of buying things outside, you could buy things inside Disney World - which cost you more bucks!
4. Refill your water bottles.
Don't bring water bottles! It will save your money a lot. Those $2 - $3 water bottles could really add up to waste more of your money. Also, don't buy 1 water bottled there and refill it, just buy more and more water bottles, somehow, you won't realize how much bucks have spent until you realize.
The Parks do allow you to bring bottled water and soda's, but does not allow any type of coolers, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages.
5. Take your kids to Character Breakfast
Don't bring your kids to Town Square at Main Street, U.S.A. for autograph and photo opportunities with Disney characters - which are free, but takes pictures at Character Breakfast, and even more, you could have breakfast there.
It will surely cost you a large amount of money to have a character breakfast with your kids, instead of preparing your breakfast from home or outside Disney World.
I think those are the greatest ways to waste your money at Disney World. You can do like what these articles says or the contrary. It's your choice!
