Most people have the ability to ascertain for themselves if if they suffer from low self esteem. Poor self esteem may shape your perspective on life. To illustrate, you may believe all of your decisions are wrong, and every time you attempt something it doesn't ever go right. We learn our self concept and impressions as we get older. There may be a lot of things that can contribute to this particular frame of mind.
