Learning is a treasure and a faithful follower that will follow its owner everywhere. Knowledge is a weightless treasure and help humanity to be benefited by its application. There is a discussion going on in the world of knowledge workers; can we impart wisdom? Because, it is proven world wide that wisdom is everything in human personality. People are able to distinguish information, knowledge and wisdom.
Imparting wisdom in a formal way in the world can be a maintaining task but a million dollar question. Whether is it possible???
My answer is No.
In today's world it is almost impossible but I cannot say about tomorrow. You cannot define tomorrow today.
Always walk through life as if you have something new to learn and you will, said Vernon Howard.
To learn you need attitude to learn everyday. You only require intention to learn in life. Who is perfect in this world? My humble answer is none. Let us have an attitude to learn from the surroundings, people and circumstances. Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Value addition is living where as statuesque is dying.

Teacher can create only environment where learner is motivated and resolving to use his potentiality. I believe it is a role of a trainer. Trainers have to create an impression at the end of the session. What happens after the influence of trainer; is a core issue in the area of learning and development.
Trainer is a master for learners. Buddha said, When the student is ready, the master appears. Learner always finds his or her master.
This is what learner can do. It is said that the first impression creates the last impression but I say learner can create ever lasting impression. Learning attitude makes us wiser.
It is interesting to know from the life of Frances Willard about how he had learned bicycle. No matter how one may think himself accomplished, when he sets out to learn a new language, science, or the bicycle, he has entered a new realm as truly as if he were a child, a newly born into this world.
It is not hard to learn more. What is hard is to unlearn when you discover yourself wrong. Adults find themselves uncomfortable at the time of unlearning and de-learning. Once you have set up your mind for unlearning then new learning will be faster and easy. One has to upgrade himself with the current time to cope up with the current affairs. Living with pride can be their flagship.
