One of the most beautiful states of Europe is Spain, which is situated in southwestern part of Europe. 1. Valderrama: Valderrama is a well known golf course that has served home to Volvo Masters, the Ryder cup and the World Golf Championship and is positioned as number one golf course in Europe. Robert Trent Jones, designer of this remarkable golf course and Jaime Ortiz Patino, who is the loving possessor of this golf course are proud to see the globes toughest challenges being played here. The gorgeous greenery that extends a long way with flow of water somewhere in between the greenside lake. There are green bunkers which slide into the emerald lake, adored by viewers but reviled by golf champions.
2. La Cala North & South: With 2 fine 18 hole courses, La Cala golf course is graceful and quite relaxed with colonial styled clubhouse.
3. Alcaidesa Links: Started in the year 1992, Alciadesa Links Golf Club is an amazing experience that could not be experienced anywhere in this country. This golf course is situated to the west of San Roque, a lovely place which is a necessity to see.
4. El Cortesin: El Cortesin is designed by Cabell Robinson which is a long stretch of lush green lawn meant for golfing only with no hindrance if houses. So it is quite relaxed for golfers to benefit from this innate surrounding.
5. La Quinta: La Quinta is located in 'The Golf Valley' has excellent gorgeous sites of massive mountains and the remarkable Marbella coastline. In the midst of nature, this golf course is in great demand due to fine class greenery.
6. Los Naranjos: Los Naranjos is situated besides Orange grooves. Designer of Valerrama, Robert Trent Jones, allows all the golfers to enjoy this golf course with top class venue.
7. San Rouque: In 1990, Tony Jacklin and well known designer, Dave Thomas, designed this golf course. This golf course is quite challenging to examine the ability of golfers with complication allover. Encircled by breathtaking scenic beauty, this golf course has diverse landscapes, valleys of cork oaks and fresh water streams to meadowland.
8. Sotogrande: Civilizing with age, Sotogrande was opened in 1964 and is still maintained its location amongst top ten golf courses in Europe. With pine, oak, eucalyptus and palm trees, this golf course is green all through.
9. Torrequebrada: Torrequebrada is known for amazing sea views, with a lot of trees and green bushes all over. Opened in the year 1976, this golf course has been a host to Spanish Open and all top tournaments.
10. Almenara: Almenara with striking cork oak trees and gorgeous lakes, situated in between Valderrama and San Rouque, was opened in the year 1999. It is designed by Dave Thomas on hilly landscape. This is another well preserved golf course in Spain.
