Cataract is one of the eye problems that can be easily treated. The type of treatment depends on the intensity of the problem, usually surgery is done for its removal. But with natural treatments also, one can get rid of cataract.

A lot of people suffer from cataract, it is basically a clouding of lens in your eyes. Cataracts can make seeing difficult, it makes your vision less clear than it should be. Cataracts grow very slowly. You might not notice a difference in your vision in the initial stage. But over time, your vision tends to blur. It occurs in both eyes. However, in most cases one eye is extremely affected as compared to the other. There are two types of cataracts: the most common type is the senile, in other words known as the age related cataract, and the other one is congenital, which is present at birth and is relatively rare but is very important to diagnose.

Having few cloves of garlic everyday in the morning will help. Garlic juice helps in getting rid of the blurred vision.
You can also apply the extract of pumpkin flower in your eyelids at least two times a day for 15 minutes. Your eyes are going to be revitalized with the extract or juice of pumpkin flower.

Eating vegetable salad is also very effective for treating cataracts.
