Candidates registering for a proctored exam with Pearson VUE
 Exam fee is payable to Pearson VUE via any credit card at the time of registration.
 To cancel or reschedule the exam candidates must contact Pearson VUE. The cancellation must be done more than 24 hours before the scheduled exam time. Candidates who cancel with less than a 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of their exam fee. Candidates who don’t appear for a scheduled exam forfeit the full exam fee.
Candidates registering for a proctored exam at an Oracle Testing Center (OTC)
 The Oracle Testing Center exam cancellation policy is:
 All cancellations and rescheduling of the exam must be done seven or more days prior to the exam.
 Any rescheduling of the exam must be done one to six day prior to the exam. No partial refunds are granted.
 These guidelines are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. Thus, candidates are advised to check directly with Oracle University in their region.
