IML container is different from the normal silk printing. It is new technical applied in packaging area. This new technical is invented and first used in European country. The smallest wall thickness we have done is 0.45mm for the container with 2.25L. We can realize the cycle time to 6s for the container body and 5s for the lids. The IML container mould is different from the normal plastic moulds. The IML moulds should be more precision can the structure should be suitable for the IML. In order to make the mould with high precision, we are using 5Xis CNC tooling machine for the moulds. And after every part of the moulds finished, we will take it to examination department for checking the dimension. If the dimension is not good, we will remake new one part. About IML mould structure, we should consider the center distance between different cavities. As the robot’s claw should be the same dimension as the mould.

We have different series plastic injection machine. Our new machine series is 5H injection machine. It is designed special for thin wall products. This machine have the characteristics of high precision high speed, high energy saving, high efficiency, high stability, high safety.
