Lately there has been a huge demand for English General Entertainment Channels in India. These channels have grown to meet the demands of their viewers by providing them with new and innovative shows and series. But most of these channels have a focused targeting. What I mean by that is that most channels follow a particular genre of shows and that keeps their viewers at the edge of their seats, asking for more entertainment.

Take AXN India for example, the channel is known for its adventurous shows, thriller drama and energetic reality shows. Also, over the years the channel has evolved only to become a better network and to provide better content to its audience.

I remember there was a time when at 7pm I would be all pumped to have a dream run around the world, doing tasks and solving clues, all thanks to the Amazing Race. And then the 9pm slot was dedicated to Fear Factor, the most adventurous show on television back then. All those tasks right from jumping of the buildings to eating slimy bugs, the show always managed to entertain us in a very unique way.

... has placed itself in the top position, it is bound to contribute to top class shows. Be it with amusing, heart thumping entertainment like 'Minute To Win It' or thriller at its best with a show like CSI, nothing has been less than best.

But that's not all; AXN India has too many shows in its bag to run out of good content. Shows like Voice, X Factor, The Guinness World Records, Total Wipe Out and many such shows still manage to provide cutting edge entertainment to the viewers.

But the main highlight and the most anticipated show in television is coming and I can't wait for it. After all it has Dwayne Rock Johnson hosting the show. It is called the Hero. The format remains to be the same as that of the thrilling Fear Factor and Amazing Race. It is bound to be adventurous and filled with tasks and also a sure shot winner considering the fact that there is the most electrifying entertainer in sports entertainment hosting the show.

To conclude, it is obvious that the amount of entertainment AXN English TV Channel provides is surely better than what most channels in that genre or English GECs has to offer. And be it on television or online, AXN makes sure their viewers get their daily dose of entertainment without fail. Great effort for a channel to keep their viewers hooked on to them, isn't it?
