Screws, also called fasteners, are made up metal such as steel, brass, nickel, bronze and copper, in a cylindrical shape and with a helical thread wrapped around it. These are also defined as a mechanism which converts rotational motion into the linear motion. Screws are commonly used to fasten or tighten two objects together and position them accordingly.
