The stamp was released during the Qing dynasty (1636-1911) and it is the first among many red revenue stamps. Approximately 30 pieces of this stamp are still alive including one block of four. Most of them have never been used and only one used stamp with pakua cancellation has been found. The stamp is safely stored in the museum of China.
