In general, Portland cement is the main production of cement industry. Portland cement is kind of meticulous powder, usually gray, which consists of calcium (from limestone), silicate, aluminate (clay) and ferrite. Limestone is the main raw material of cement production; most factories are located in the vicinity of limestone quarries in order to minimize transportation costs.

Cement Crushing Equipment

Usually we extract raw materials (limestone, shale, silica and pyrite) by blasting or by using cut-off equipment. Raw materials are sent to the crusher to be crushed or hammered into fragments. Usually primary crusher is Jaw Crusher while Cone Crusher and Impact Crusher works as secondary crusher.
