Writing a movie is all about imagination and innovation. A movie writer needs to captivate his audience through his style, word play, and presentation. A fine movie writer has the quality of being spontaneous and should master the art of managing numerous people working on the project. These qualities combined with luck, can land you a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Although the list of famous movie writers is endless and every writer has inspired its audience in one way or the other, here are few worth mentioning.
Christopher Nolan, widely well-known for the Batman trilogy, is a director, producer, and a movie writer. He began his movie writing career with a feature film called Following. He wrote the script for his second movie Momento, which was based on a short story written by his brother. The renowned American thriller, Basic Instinct, was written by the Hungarian-American writer Joe Eszterhas. He contributed in the writing of the 80's hit Flashdance and wrote screenplays for Betrayed, Silver, Jagged Edge and Jade. Later in his career he received Golden Raspberry awards for worst screenplay for Showgirls and Burn Hollywood Burn, nonetheless, these awards earned him negative fame and also recognition.
