In the present scenario we can find that the interest of the youth is bending more and more towards the Sarkari Naukri. The reason may be that there are a large number of vacancies of jobs available in the government as well as private bank starting from the clerk to the managerial post. The post graduate students placed in the post of relationship managers or managers can expect the salary up to 8 lakhs per annum. The salary of a probationary officer varies from 25,000 to 80,000 per month with perks and allowances. The allowances such as medical aid, canteen subsidy, leased accommodation, petrol charges, newspaper charges, entertainment allowances, mobile phone charges etc. varies from bank to bank and from one place of posting to the other.
