Saunas are small rooms used to have steam bath for cleaning and refreshing the body. It can also mean a session in such small room. It is designed to experience dry or wet heat sessions, and have many proven health benefits apart from opening the pores. Sauna baths or “Sweat bath” as it is commonly called are becoming increasingly popular these days. It is also becoming a way to spend some cozy time with that loved one. Saunas generally increase the metabolism and pulse rate enabling the blood vessels to become much more flexible, and the body is benefited from this increased circulation.
The benefits of a sauna are numerous. Steam baths brings a feeling of psychological peace and tranquility, as well as physical rejuvenation. Many users also claim that sauna reduces the symptoms of minor illness like clots, colds. It relaxes the muscles and reduces the stress and exertion that is common in day to day life. It makes a person feel alive and energetic.

Electric Saunas: One of the most common sauna options for houses and apartments, these saunas do not require wood to burn. Which means the stones and the rooms are heated with electricity. Very easy to maintain and install.
Infrared saunas: This one is the favorite of Spa owners and in health clubs, as this seems to be the ideal option for small spaces. They are compact, and unlike others, emit infrared rays that are directly absorbed by the body.
Barrel saunas: The first barrel sauna was developed over 30 years ago. The barrel shape given to this sauna is very stylish and also functional as it provides maximum usable space and minimizes the cubic feet, enabling the room to get heated much faster. This sauna is ideal for backyard or as an outdoor sauna option.
