Since last 200 years right from the development of the first electric battery by Alessandro Volta, to the latest stage. Voltage Regulators are used in electrical power field for obtaining the stability and good regulation of the electric system. The automatic voltage regulator is a device intended to regulate voltage automatically: that is to take a varying voltage level and turn it into a constant voltage level. Ages before when transformers were not developed electric power generators used Direct Current at low voltage to support the small usage of electric lights and motors. To overcome the losses of transmission to the end user the need of efficient and cost effective Transformers arise.

Automatic Voltage Regulators were finally designed and developed. And even today science is progressing to add to more of its benefits with end users. Various companies have different voltage regulators manufactured with special features. TsiElecpower is one of the companies, manufacturing Automatic Voltage Regulators with its latest technology. generator voltage but also includes under-speed and sensing loss protection.

Servo Voltage Regulators

We all know a power supply purpose is to provide a power source for a circuit. For any electric instrument to work smoothly it requires a regulated power supply. As a standard power supply can be complex or simple, uni polar or bipolar, low or high voltage, low current or high current etc. the only disqualification to this is having a Servo Voltage regulator. Critical equipments like various textile machines, communication, CNC, Robotics need precise voltage. They use a servo-voltage stabilizer, which provides the rated output with almost zero error. Layman confusion goes on between voltage stabilizer and servo Voltage regulators.

Well when the function is compared both are same. When the usage is Domestic, AVR’s are generally called voltage stabilizer whether it is servo controlled or Electronic controlled. In usage of Automobile Generator or Alternator controls they are called voltage Regulator. Whereas for use In Industries for Regulated power supplies term used is Automatic voltage Regulators, Electronic control cards. Hence functionally, both remove spikes, they both try to maintain constant voltage but it is assumed that a stabilizer is not as precise as a regulator. Hence power is regulated, depending upon the requirement and functions through Servo Voltage Regulators and Voltage Regulators.

TsiElecpower is one of the companies, manufacturing Automatic Voltage Regulators with its latest technology. Various other companies are ready to set the landmarks with their latest update in the technology.
