2.Fibers: Inadequate fiber diet is the major cause of constipation. Therefore, intake of fibers is another effective treatment for constipation. Fibers will assist to balance your bowl movements. Eat those foods which are high in fiber like leafy vegetables and beans. To cure constipation, you are suggested to consume fiber on a daily basis.

3.Mulberry juice: Mulberry juice is an effective herbal remedy used for the treatment of constipation. This treatment is generally used among elder people. Mulberry juices have lots of vitamins and minerals that help to rouse digestion and absorption of nutrients in the little intestine. Using of this treatment in the beginning of constipation could prevent the trouble collectively.

4.Exercise: Regular exercise is another best tip for treating constipation naturally. Going for morning walk might assist to get things moving all along. When you perform light exercises than at that time your heart rate pumping your blood gushing which will help out to relieve the pain of the constipation.

5.Bath: Taking a warm bath is one more way to treat constipation. It will not only help out from insides only but it will create your spasm calmer. Fill up your bathtub with hot water and rest in it and calm down.

6.Linseed: Taking 1 teaspoon of linseed will also help in treating constipation. Linseed is a natural herb that will give certain lubrication to relieve the pain of constipation.
