The installer should be a member of the National Insulation Association (NIA), the Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA) or the British Board of Agreement (BBA). It is also recommended that you verify the installer has signed up to the code of professional practice and that the installer guarantees the installation for 25 years.
