Step-by-step Jelqing Exercise

Penis jelqing as an exercise is considerably widespread amongst enthusiasts who want to enlarge their penises. This exercise is done by making blood flow to the penis through manual force in order to elevate blood chamber volume inside your penis. If done tirelessly and consistently over time, the exercise will permanently expand the blood chambers in one's penis to result in lasting gains in penis girth and length.

Here is a jelq exercise routine that many men have enjoyed good outcome with.

1) Soak a towel in hot (though not scalding) water, squeeze out the extra water, drape it around your penis and hold it there for 2 min.. Repeat 3 times or more. This will enhance blood flow in your penis to curtail the chances of injury during jelq exercises later.

6) Throughout the initial week, perform 200-300 penis jelqs daily with medium force. Throughout the 2nd week, perform 300-500 penis jelqs daily with full force. After the 2nd week, do a minimum of 500 or more penis jelqs daily for as frequently as you want without feeling any discomfort.

A gentle warning: be on constant guard for any irritation and soreness or other signs of complications while doing the jelqing exercise. Indications of complications can consist of blisters, bruises, and pain. At the first hints of problems, discontinue penis jelqing straight away, take a one to two day break and do not restart the jelqs until the discomfort vanishes. Even without experiencing discomfort, you are advised to take days off from regular penis jelqs, for instance one to two days off after five days of doing it. By sticking to the jelq exercise described above without fail, you may be able to get perceptible improvements in penis size within weeks or months.
