You'll want an agreement that spells out a fee schedule and the number of revisions allowed. You'll also want to include a confidentiality clause, especially if the project is a book or ebook that you will publish. The confidentiality clause will spell out that the ghostwriter will not reveal that he wrote any of the material at any time.
