There are some four types of women that men tend to love genuinely. Before proceeding to look at those four types of women, it makes sense for us to appreciate that, at the superficial level, all men tend to desire ‘beautiful’ women. But that is at the superficial level, and what is described as ‘love’ in this regard often turns out to be actually ‘lust’ upon closer examination. The truth of the matter though is that, at a deeper level, men desire women they can actually relate with – not just beautiful trophies to be seen around with. Thus, in a nutshell, women who have qualities that make them easy to relate with are the women who end up being desirable to men, when it comes to selection of long-term partners. We are not saying that physically beautiful women can’t have these qualities: indeed, they often do. What we are saying though is that even women who are not particularly beautiful can end up being highly desirable to men, as long-term partners, if they happen to have these qualities that make them relatable.

... 1. Humble women: in this context, humble women are those who are not proud. The reason as to why men love humble women (and conversely abhor proud women) is in the fact that the men tend to dislike getting into power struggles. And as we all know, proud women are bound to get into power struggles with their men, whereas humble women are bound to be always looking for reasonable compromises, to avoid the power struggles. When looking for partners to go for quick flings with, men may not care about pride or humility because, frankly, it doesn’t matter in that context. But when looking for long-term partners, men becomes highly attuned to such matters – and women who end up portraying themselves as reasonably humble end up being the most desirable long-term partners.

2. Cultured women: these are desirable because the men realize that, when all is said and done, the women they hook up with on a long term basis will end up being their social accessories (so to speak). So they desire cultured women who will know how to behave in various social situations.

3. Intelligent Women: as we mentioned earlier, when men are looking for long term partners, they need women they can relate to, at the emotional level. Now one way in which such relationship takes place is through conversation and intelligent women are desirable, because they are capable of holding intelligent conversations. At another level, intelligent women are also desirable as long term partners because they are capable of managing domestic and business affairs well. Thankfully, like beauty, intelligence is a rather subjective construct – meaning that a woman who may come across as unintelligent to one man may come across as a highly intelligent lady to another man.

4. Self confident women: these are desirable because they tend to be self-assured and hence less prone to the insecurities that often cause major conflicts in relationships. Men also realize that self confident women are less prone to cheating – because people tend to cheat in search of social validation (that is, out of a desire to be reassured that they are attractive). Against that background, confident ladies, who are capable of self-validation, are less inclined to cheat.
