Flexpod can be defined as data-center solution architecture from the joint collaboration of Netapp and Cisco. This architecture comprises of Netapp fabric attached storage (FAS), unified fabric technology (Nexus), and Cisco unified computing (UCS). At the top point of the hardware stack likes a virtualization hypervisor, most comply Microsoft's Hyper-V or Vmware.
