General use of plastic:

The next step is shaping based on the requirement the plastic raw material is shaped. After shaping process the material is cooled with water to make a complete plastic product. In injection molding, techniques are same as the extrusion techniques but there is difference in the use of a hopper. The raw material is fed to melting chamber via hopper then the melted raw material is fed into the cold mold and then its applied high pressure the reason for giving high pressure is to clean the melted plastic and it also improve the quality of plastic material. Another technique is a combination of both extrusion and injection molding technique in this technique the blowing process is used either after extrusion process or injection molding process. These plastic molding technologies are used to manufacture quality plastic material.
