Add those words that are key for your niche, industry or topic carefully within the body of the article but do not overdo it: the best balance for most search engines is once every 100 words.

Before uploading your article make sure your reader will not find any typos, grammar or spelling mistakes. Read your article over and over again, even out loud and correct any mistake you may find.
