A number plate is more than just something that sets your car apart. Every owner of a vehicle loves his or her car, SUV, truck or bike. Or you could opt for the Suffix style, consisting of 3 alphabets, then 1, 2 or 3 numbers, and 1 alphabet to indicate the age of the vehicle. And of course, there's the Dateless number plate, that can contain a maximum of 4 numbers followed by up to 3 alphabets, three letters, or vice versa. These plates cannot exceed 6 characters.

Doing so will free you from some of the more restrictive formats.
