Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard were the two geniuses who were behind the formation of the well known company Hewlett Packard in 1939.They were students in the Stanford University and first introduced the audio oscillators. Third party vendors perform the task of refilling. If by accident a printer toner sticks to one’s garment, it can be removed by the use of cold water .Hot water should not be used. However, the stain of it made on a fabric cannot be removed easily as it has wax mixed with powder which is difficult to leave.
