Fer Mamla Gadbad Gadbad released on 12th July 2013, is a new punjabi movie that is getting rave revies from the audeince and critics alike. Starring in the main lead in the movie are Roshan Prince, Japji Khaira and Bhnaushree Mehra. ‘FMGG’ is a romantic-comedy story revolving around an aspiring actor ‘Jassi’ (Roshan Prince).

Roshan Prince has indeed come a long way from "Sirphire", his role in the movie is quite meaningful, he does a great job in making you laugh as he always does, however the depth to his character is provided by the romantic aspect of his character that he plays. Anybody who follows Punjabi movies or songs knows about Roshan Prince, He is a well known singer/actor/composer/lyricist and music director in the world of Punjabi cinema, Roshan Prince has a huge fan following in Punjab.

Jaipji who has won the title 'Miss World Punjaban 2006' looks stunning in her role. Japji's chemistry with Roshan is great in the movie. She does an excellent job in playing the character of Geet. Music and cast.

The music of this movie is provided by the known "Jaggi Singh", the movie has a great mix of songs, from party numbers to heart-touching songs to item numbers. "Rab Jaane" and "Dil de Varke" are two songs that are worth mentioning, being romantic songs, the songs have made their way into the heart of the audience. Kamal khan and Master Saleem have dished out these two beautiful songs that have been integrated well into the story. Another song like Lakk gadvi varga is a very fresh experiment in Punjabi cinema and has turned out to be quite entertaining.

Story of Fer Mamla Gadbad Gadbad

FMGG is a romantic comedy that takes us into the life of an aspiring actor "Jassi" (Roshan Prince) who dreams of making it big by launching himself as an actor so that he can fulfill his dreams of marrying the woman he loves "Roop"(BhanuShree Mehra). But when trying to make it work following the moral path Jassi does not achieve much success, it is then that he decides to make easy money by devising "Dramas" in order to blackmail people. And in turn, the village community forces Geet and Jassi to get married against their wishes.

The movie is directed by the duo of Rimpy-Prince, who started off as music video directors, the duo have plenty of experience in directing music videos, and they made their movie directorial debut in 2009 with the movie "Mini Punjab", "Fer Mamla Gadbad Gadbad" is only their second movie.

Summary

A great musical with the romance and chemistry between the two being depicted very aesthetically on screen. Great direction by Rimpy Prince and good acting by the entire cst specially Roshan Prince, Japji and Bhanushree. Overall its a good movie to watch with beautiful compositions.
