Dallas, TX - Dr. Sam Lam, a triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon and hair restoration surgeon in Dallas, Texas, was added to the impressive list of international faculty members that will be educating participants at the 2013 Iranian International Congress of Rhinology & Facial Plastic Surgery. The conference, which is the fourth of its kind, will take place on October 9 - 11, 2013 in the Razi Convention Center in Tehran, Iran.

The conference is being organized by a collaboration of the Iranian Society of Rhinology, the Iraninan Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and the Universities of Medical Sciences. Dr. Lam was invited to join the list of renowned international faculty members leading the conference in Tehran due to his knowledge in the fields of both facial plastic surgery and hair restoration. Dr. Lam has lectured around the globe at well over 100 venues, sharing his experience and expertise with colleagues and adding to the overall information base of those within his profession. In addition to Dr. Lam, instructors and lecturers from Turkey, China, Belgium, Germany, Canada, Italy, Egypt, Portugal and Switzerland will be educating participants.

Dr. Lam practices facial plastic surgery, including hair restoration, in Dallas, Texas. He is the owner of the Willow Bend Wellness Center, which contains both venues where Dr. Lam practices his craft - Lam Facial Plastics and The Lam Institute for Hair Restoration. In addition to being a sought-after lecturer and educator both nationally and internationally, Dr. Lam has authored five major medical textbooks, has contributed his knowledge to many other book chapters, and has written over 150 scientific articles. His works have been published in leading professional journals and he has been featured in magazines and as a columnist in industry publications.

Dr. Lam is board-certified by the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ISHRS), the Texas Medical Association (TMA) and the Dallas County Medical Society (DCMS).
