The Usa And The Super Economy It No Longer Is
At a crossroads is where the USA finds itself as it moves into the twenty first century, it has problems that are not just external but internal as well. They were the global super power but they are under increasing threats from other countries economies which include the Far East and business etiquette South Korea. Just how the USA will respond to many of the different challenges that it will have to face. Is it able to reinvent itself or not like it has done in the past with its business etiquette USA.
The problem is that it is not just the future of the USA that is critical it is the world as well. All eyes are on the USA and unlike before there are many countries that hope the USA can sort itself out and make a change to its economy and recover itself.
Although the USA has had and still has economic difficulties, it is still the largest economy globally and most people who are in the country have a standard of living that most people in other countries can only imagine having. It is still considered a power house and will not be ignored as a centre of business it has innovation and its standard of excellence ...
... is still great. But what many people do not seem to realise is that the business culture in the USA is not what everyone is led to believe or it's business etiquette.
Being able to operate in the US market and with stakeholders and other American colleagues is the only way to get a greater understanding of how business works in the US and how Americans work within business. So why is it that it always seems that Americans have no time for anything and are always under pressure? Is it just an act or is there something deeper that the Americans do not want the rest of the world to find out about.
But what you have to remember is that because you speak English as your native language this does not mean that the business culture is the same or the business etiquette America. There are many people in business that are British say they feel European when they do business in the USA and the etiquette in business and the norms that they have are very different to other countries around the world and the same with business etiquette India.
The structures in the USA especially in business are varied but it still has certain characteristics which are in common. A company in the USA will be a company in its own right and only exists because of its employees. They all work together as a whole unit, they work and perform the tasks that are required of them at certain points in time that keeps the cycle of the company going and then when they are no longer needed they will leave the organization. The employer and employee relationship is purely a transactional one, where is no time for sentiment.
With the way the current economic climate is in the USA it is increased by the amount of technology available today, communication has decreased the interaction between the employee and employment conditions that may not be as stable as we have all been led to believe and the same with business etiquette Germany.
