Computer job at home: nirvana or hell?

Do you, friend, dream of a computer job at home like I did? Many people do. Why? Personal and financial freedom, and happiness will be yours. You'll be your own master too. On the other hand you could get stuck in a nickel a dime operation and become a self made home slave. If you really think you need a computer job at home then do it the right and proper way. Be successful at it from the start. I'll fill you in on doing it the proper way in a minute. But first lets look some negatives of self-employment to be fair.

Negatives:

1. You will eat out less and less, unless you live beside your favorite lunch place. 2. You might go hungry (that is, if you don't follow my advice :-) 3. You might see your spouse all day long :-) 4. It might be more work than you had considered. 5. You'll have to pay your own medical bills and benefits.

Now I don't want to go into all the negatives here. Why? If you have a computer job at home, if you are self-employed, you are the winner. I know I am.

Some self-employment positives:

1. You are your ...
... own boss, and have control over your daily workload. 2. Your level of achievement cannot be controlled by anyone else. Become who you want to become! (Isn't that awesome) 3. All profits generated go to you! And that, my friend, can be a lot of profit indeed. 4. You are in control of your own destiny; yes, you are in control! Think about that. 5. Freedom to take vacation time, and sick time, as your online business runs day and night without you having to be there.

Speaking for myself, having a computer job at home can not even compare to the alternative. Back in the day, my office job was so boring and repetitive I felt like I was a mindless office zombie. And after I got the right computer job at home, it was like been born again into a new world filled with satisfaction. Why?

Because working for others, regardless of the money I made, or the hours I worked, did not give me anything near the satisfaction I received from my computer job at home. Awesome!

It's not the result of your work, or how much you earn, where you will find happiness, but in the process itself with a computer job at home! Yes, it's in the action of doing. Being in control, and doing the work for yourself, this process makes you happy.

Happiness is the ultimate goal! Earning lots of money is just a means to an end; and that end is happiness. When you have a computer job at home you will reach this ultimate goal, your accomplishment will be first felt in the process of the doing.

If you decide to go this way, be smart and do it the right way. Don't become a peon to your computer job at home. Pick the right strategy. Don't make the same mistakes I made.
