Make Exit Interviews Effective
The HR community is well aware of the benefits of having a well thought-out separation policy in place. Exit interviews are an integral of whole employee separation process. However, the workload does not allow the HR professionals to do full justice to it. While the whole process can be outsourced, the effectiveness of the whole process stills remains the responsibility of the company's HR department.
It is best to at least sit and strategize the whole process. This will help the third party in coming in sync with the company's objectives in a better manner. As it is, there are many benefits of exit interviews which may or may not be of relevance to the company.
