The prices are affordable, the service is excellent, and the staff is generally very friendly; you can stay there for as long as you like.

If your taste buds would prefer something extra international, then there are many other choices readily available for you as well. The beef in Guinea is very good, and is highly recommended. Pork isn't served here in Guinea due to the vast Islamic religion that dominates here. Some of the local beverages that you will find in most of Guinea's pub and restaurants include the Skol lager beer, canned European beers and bottled mineral water among other soft drinks.

Although Guinea is one of the wettest countries in West Africa the best time to visit is around November and December, after the rains but before the dusty Harmattan winds spoil the good views.
