Property law is therefore the area of law that particularly deals with these estates/properties, the immovable objects that are attached to them, any interests in them and the rights that come with them, although it can reach slightly outside of this brief when dealing with the various legal issues surrounding the portable homes such as the boats, caravans and the mobile homes. It also comes under the wider area of the law which is known as the property law, and it concerns the rights that people have two objects that belong to the people, and falls mostly under common law.
